Heavenly father

Heavenly Father,
In order to redeem us, sinners who are like dust, You sent Your Son to be crucified, buried, and resurrected. Through His resurrection, You declared the repentant and believing ones righteous, and now, He is seated at Your right hand, interceding for us day and night. We remember our Lord who is always praying for us.

Romans 8:34
"Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us."

We hope and long for His return to destroy all the dominions, powers, and authorities of this world, to finally end them. We eagerly await His return to defeat our eternal enemy, death.

We look forward to the glorious day when God's kingdom will be fully established through the work, power, and authority of our Lord’s blood.

Father, strengthen us with this one hope, that we may endure and overcome today.

As we await that day, we long for it, waiting for the day of resurrection. We desire to pray in union with the righteous in heaven and the true Christians on earth, sharing the same hope and praying together.

We meditate on the intercession of our Lord, who prays for us with unspeakable groans in accordance with God's will, the intercession of the Holy Spirit, the intercession of the perfected righteous in heaven, and the intercession of all the awake Christians on earth. We also think of the ministry of prayer carried out by the millions of angels.

May our prayers, combined with theirs, be accepted and lifted by the angels' hands, reaching up to the heavenly throne, becoming a fragrant offering that pleases God.

Revelation 8:3
"Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all God's people, on the golden altar in front of the throne."

Lord, protect and preserve Your precious and honored children, whom You have bought with Your blood, just as You have promised. Keep them as the apple of Your eye, cover them with Your mighty hand, and guard them from the works of Satan, diseases, and calamities.

May this day be a holy day where Your will is fulfilled.
We pray in the name of our only Rock, Salvation, and Fortress, Jesus Christ.
