Psalm 75:2-3

Psalm 75:2-3
"When I choose the proper time, I will judge uprightly. The earth and all its inhabitants are dissolved; I set up its pillars firmly."

What we know is this:
Until this very moment, every prophetic word of God has been fulfilled exactly as He declared,
without the slightest deviation.
When the appointed time arrives, as determined by God,
His word is unfailingly accomplished.

We are creations of God,
living under the heavens He made,
dwelling on the earth He formed,
enjoying the wonders of His creation,
and sustained every moment by the breath He gives.

Yet, humanity often neither seeks nor acknowledges God,
showing rebelliousness and ingratitude.

When the time of God’s patience comes to an end,
and the appointed time arrives,
those who neither sought God nor turned to Him,
who persistently resisted His grace,
will face His righteous judgment.

They will perish along with this sin-filled world
and be cast into eternal death.

However,
those who seek and call upon the Lord,
who are chosen by Him as His people,
will, as He promised,
dwell in the new heavens and new earth where righteousness reigns.

There, under God's eternal and just rule,
they will be perfected as His people,
rejoice in Him forever,
and glorify Him endlessly.

In the kingdom of God,
they will partake in the promised joy and eternal blessings without end.

This will certainly come to pass.
Why?
Because God has spoken it,
and He cannot lie.

Today, too, God has granted us a day of grace.

Let us live this day
as though it is the very day God has appointed,
remaining awake and prayerful,
yearning for the Lord.
