The Bible is filled with the faithful promises given by our faithful God.

All of God’s faithful promises are so extraordinary that they could only be fulfilled by Him, who is omniscient, omnipotent, and completely trustworthy. These are promises that are beyond human imagination or even dreams.

And all of His faithful promises will be completely fulfilled on the day our Lord comes, and they will continue eternally in the heaven that God has promised us.

Heaven is a place where those who, through their lives in this world, come to understand what sin is and its consequences, have received forgiveness through the work, merit, and power of the blood of the cross, and follow God’s Word, rejecting even the appearance of evil.

It is a place for those who, by the power of the Holy Spirit and God’s grace, are separated from sin and have overcome and conquered it.

In heaven, sin can no longer be conceived of or committed; it is a place eternally safe from sin.

God has promised, and because He is faithful, when our Lord Jesus Christ comes again, He will preserve our whole spirit, soul, and body blameless, exactly as He promised.

It will surely be so.

1 Thessalonians 5:24
“The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.”

Faithful God!

At this time, we hold firmly to Your faithful promises in faith and pray.

Today, we ask that You remember each of Your children, whom You loved unto death, and protect them as the apple of Your eye.

Help us to recall Your amazing and faithful promises that are certain to be fulfilled.

Through the heavenly comfort that these promises provide, may we find strength,
so that we may not lose heart in any suffering but live a blessed day, filled with the living hope that comes from Your Word.

Grant us Your grace and power to live in this hope.
We pray in the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
